Arsenal to sign Nani in January Transfer Window?

December 11, 2012

Nani, Arsenal transfer

Nani no longer holds a good relationship with his present club, Manchester United, so a transfer was on the cards for the Portuguese star to the La Liga or even his home country, Portugal. But, as per the latest January Transfer rumours, the Manchester United star is rumoured to have attracted interest from Arsene Wenger and Arsenal, who does not splurge money like other teams in the EPL.

A speculative deal has been said to be outlined, which might touch around GBP 20 million. The deal is on the cards, as Manchester United has basically deployed Ashley Young and Valencia on the wings for Manchester United. With Theo Walcott’s contract still lingering along the borderline, it could be a wise move for Wenger to bring the player to the gunners.

The troubled Arsenal team could welcome his addition to their squad, as the club has been suffering in the final third and he could be the missing link for Arsenal. He has all the ingredients of a player in the EPL- pace, tricks and skills, an eye for goal, constant threat with the ball on his feet etc. He could also supply those perfect looking balls for the Arsenal strike-force, which seems to be lacking from the flanks.

As for Manchester United and Nani, it could be a win-situation, as both the parties are not happy with things going on at present. But of all, it would be Arsenal, who would benefit the most, if the deal materializes, which is just taking in its infancy stage. The big leap would only be taken when the January Transfer window opens.
